Stephen Whitehead is a Director of Capital Markets for Rael Development Corporation. In addition to managing Rael Corp’s capital relationships including structuring and arranging both debt and equity transactions for the firm, Mr. Whitehead plays an integral role in executing Rael Corp’s growth and expansion strategies across its various investment platforms.
Mr. Whitehead is a long-time industry expert that has capital relationships that go back several decades. Prior to joining Rael Corp, Mr. Whitehead was a Managing Director at Northmarq Capital, structuring and arranging debt and equity for sophisticated real estate investors for over 26 years.
Over his long career, Mr. Whitehead has completed over $5 billion in transactions and has cultivated valued relationships with our nation’s most active institutional lenders and investors. Over the past decade, he has developed a particular focus within the Student Housing and Multifamily sectors, completing complex transactions from coast to coast.
Mr. Whitehead is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson for the State of Texas. He resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife and family.
