Matthew Wilson is the Director of Asset Management & Operations for Rael Development Corporation, responsible for managing the firm’s financial reporting and asset management activities, maximizing value across multi-family and mixed-use portfolios, as well as developing and implementing new initiatives and other innovative business practices that drive revenue, efficiencies, and company-wide process improvements.
He has more than 15 years of Commercial Real Estate and investment experience with prominent real estate opportunistic private equity firms in the Dallas-Ft Worth area.
Mr. Wilson has had involvement in a diverse range of investment strategies and portfolio types in the US CRE space including distressed debt, public facility corporations, direct acquisitions of value-add and Class-A multi-family, retail, office, and hospitality assets, as well as senior living, medical office, and student housing development.
Mr. Wilson holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Texas Tech University and resides in the Dallas-Ft Worth area where he enjoys spending time with his family.
