Graeme Rael is the President & CEO of Rael Development Corporation and is responsible for executing Rael Corp’s multifaceted real estate strategy. A 25-year veteran in the real estate finance, investment and development businesses, Graeme has been integral in shaping Rael Corp’s growth over the last two decades. Under his leadership, Rael Corp has grown consistently and successfully in both size and reach, acquiring and developing multi-family, retail and student housing assets from Washington State to North Carolina, and numerous locations in between.
Prior to assuming his role with Rael Corp, Graeme worked with New York- based Sonnenblick-Goldman Company, where he structured and arranged over $1 billion in equity and debt transactions during his tenure at the firm. Mr. Rael received his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas where he currently resides with his wife and family.
